Are your pieces real fur and genuine leather?

Since 1985 we have worked exclusively with genuine leather and real fur (mink, sable, mouton, fox, astrakhan). Every piece is crafted by hand by our experienced artisans.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship within Turkey and worldwide. Because delivery time and shipping cost vary by destination country, for international orders we confirm the shipping details together over WhatsApp before you order. For deliveries abroad, customs procedures are subject to the regulations of the destination country.

What are your return and exchange terms?

For distance sales, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. The piece must be unworn, with its tags intact, and in resalable condition. For a size or product exchange, you can reach our team on WhatsApp.

Can made-to-measure or personalized pieces be returned?

Pieces produced to your measurements or personalized for you fall outside the statutory right of withdrawal because they are prepared just for you, and they cannot be returned or exchanged. For this reason, with made-to-measure orders we confirm all measurements and details together before production begins.

Is made-to-measure tailoring available?

Yes. We offer made-to-measure tailoring. The process is planned with one-on-one guidance, either over WhatsApp or in store.

How do I choose the right size?

We find the right size together using the size chart on the product page, the Find Your Size tool, and one-on-one guidance over WhatsApp. Fur carries volume, while leather settles into shape over time.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

All of our pieces are genuine leather and real fur, and we state this clearly. We do not issue a separate certificate of authenticity. For material and care details, you can refer to the relevant care guides on each product page.

How do I care for my piece?

Care depends on the material. From the Related Guides section on each product page, you can reach our care guides for leather, fur, cashmere, suede, and puffer.

Which currency do you accept for payment?

We accept Turkish Lira (₺), US Dollars ($), Euros (€) and British Pounds (£). Use the currency selector at the top right of the site to choose yours; payment is charged in the currency you selected, at the amount shown on screen. International cards are accepted.
