Product Exchange and Return Options
Your satisfaction with every purchase from Leather Club is our guiding principle. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased, we will accept its return in the ways and within the timeframes set out below, or we will provide you with a "return product receipt" that you can use, together with your ID, at any Leather Club store.
SIZE, MODEL, COLOUR AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Once you are home, did the colour or model of the products you purchased from Leather Club not quite feel right? Or would you like to choose a different product instead of the one you bought?
You may exchange or return unused and unaltered products at any Leather Club store of your choice, together with your invoice, within 14 days at the latest.
When you wish to exchange your product for another one;
- You may exchange your product for any item of the same price.
- If the product you wish to purchase is priced higher than the one you are exchanging, you may pay the price difference in cash or by credit card.
- If the newly selected product is priced lower than the one you originally bought, the difference will be provided to you as a "return product receipt", valid at all Leather Club stores and usable together with your ID.
- Or, should you wish to return your product, you will be refunded on the basis of the sale price shown on your invoice.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
lcleatherclub.com upholds Leather Club's principle of unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping. Shipping is free on your domestic orders; on international orders, free worldwide shipping is provided on amounts of 500 USD (and its equivalent in other currencies) and above.
Domestic Shipping: All of your domestic orders are shipped free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo. In-stock products are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment approval and, in most cases, delivered within 1-3 business days (this timeframe may vary during public holidays, campaign periods and regional peak demand). Standard web orders do not include a same-day / next-day express option; there is no cash-on-delivery option, and payments are accepted only through secure online methods. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.
International Shipping: Upon request, shipments are made worldwide, provided they comply with the import and shipping regulations of the relevant country; the countries to which shipping is available and the delivery options are confirmed before the order and clearly communicated to the customer. Reliable international shipping/courier companies such as DHL, FedEx and UPS are used for shipments. Estimated delivery times: Europe 2-5 business days, the United Kingdom 3-6 business days, the USA/Canada 3-7 business days, the Middle East/Gulf countries 3-7 business days, Russia/CIS countries 7-15 business days, and other distant regions 5-12 business days (these times are estimates; they may vary depending on customs inspections, public holidays and the shipping company's operations). Free worldwide shipping is provided on orders of 500 USD (and its equivalent in other currencies) and above; for international orders below this amount, the shipping fee is not fixed but is calculated according to the destination country, the number of items, the package weight/dimensions and the selected service, and communicated to the customer before the order. Any customs duty, import VAT, storage, carrier collection fee and similar local charges that may arise in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be determined definitively in advance by our company. When your order is dispatched, the tracking number is sent via e-mail, SMS and/or WhatsApp.
In accordance with the relevant legislation; at the stage of delivering postal shipments to the recipient, service providers (postal-courier companies) record, at a minimum, the recipient's name and surname, Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, passport number, the number of an internationally valid equivalent document, or the number of a document issued by the competent Turkish authorities that serves to verify identity), and keep this information confidential for at least two years in order to submit it to the relevant authorities when required. Should the recipient decline to provide their identity information, the shipment is not delivered and is returned to the sender.
Return Shipping: If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you must create a return request from the My Account > My Orders page before 14 days have passed from the invoice date. The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, with its tag attached and in its original packaging, and sent to the return address that will be advised by our company. For domestic returns, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, the product must be sent by a trackable international shipping/courier service; the return shipping fee, together with any customs charges and additional carrier fees that may arise in the country of departure or arrival, are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid any problems during the customs process, return instructions must be obtained from our company before the product is sent.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Right of Return Within 14 Days: You may send back the products you wish to return, along with the product itself, within 14 days from the date you received the order, by completing the return form (on the back of your invoice). In order for products to be returnable, they must meet the return conditions.
Return Shipping Fee: Under our current policy, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. In cases where an agreed return code must be used, this information is communicated to you separately at the time of the return request.
In-Store Exchange: You may exchange the products you purchased from lcleatherclub.com for any product of your choice at Leather Club stores within 14 days.
Refund: Provided that the products you return comply with the return conditions, refund procedures are completed within 7 business days and forwarded to your bank. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within an average of 7 business days, this process may take longer for debit cards depending on your bank. Refunds for instalment payments are made in instalments in accordance with bank procedures. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
