Mouton & Toscana Fur Coats

A mouton coat is crafted from carefully processed sheepskin, with the wool sheared, straightened and set to create a dense, velvety surface reminiscent of richer furs. It delivers genuine warmth and a soft, full hand at a more accessible price point than rarer pelts, which makes it a winter wardrobe favourite. Toscana (Tuscan lambskin) is the longer, curlier sibling: the natural wool is left tactile and airy, prized as a luxurious trim and as a coat in its own right.

You can recognise real quality by the suede base, the density and spring of the wool, and the supple way the skin moves with the body. Authentic mouton and shearling do not shed, hold genuine insulating warmth and only soften with wear.
